1. Submission - You provide us with a book proposal. We review your material, and if we think it has potential, we will verify that we can publish your book. We then provide you with a detailed explanation of the royalties you'll receive, what rights you retain and so on.

2. Guidance - If you are a successful candidate, we will assign a project manager to help you produce a first draft of your book. Our project managers are experienced professionals who are aware of what readers like.

3. Editing - Our professional team of editors, copy editors and proofreaders will do the necessary quality assurance checks to make sure your book is of top notch quality and suitable for publication.

4. Book Production - To produce a book from a manuscript, your text is formatted in an appropriate style and converted into a printer-ready file type. A suitable cover is created with input from you. We also get you an assigned ISBN number.

5. Publication - Upon completion of the production process, the book is sent for printing. A digital version will also be created.

6. Distribution - Titles will appear in our online bookstore within 48 hours of publication of the book and in physical bookstores nationwide shortly thereafter.

7. Marketing - Finally, we help you tell the world about your new book. Our marketing team will help to get the book reviewed in the local media as well as set up promotional activities such as book signings in bookstores.
